Urgent Care – Premium Service

This service is available during evening hours, nighttime, weekends, and holidays, and is intended only for urgent medical situations that require immediate medical attention.

Please Note:

Opening the clinic outside of regular operating hours requires a fixed fee of 500 NIS, which does not include the cost of the medical treatment itself.

This fee covers immediate availability, opening the clinic, and full professional readiness to provide urgent care.

Important Information:

  • Do not contact the clinic outside regular operating hours unless it is a true medical emergency requiring urgent care.

  • Non-urgent inquiries will be answered only during regular operating hours.

  • For urgent cases only — you may contact the clinic, and it will be opened accordingly with an opening fee of 500 NIS.

  • After arrival, the cost of the treatment will be determined based on the type and complexity of the required medical procedure.

Why Is There a Fee for Opening the Clinic?

Opening the clinic outside of regular hours requires special preparation by the physician and medical team, immediate availability, activation of equipment and medications, and the ability to provide prompt, uninterrupted care — even outside normal working hours.
